| 1.1 | Every body is required to deposit personal belongings (including large bags, folders and other big containers) at the baggage counter located at the 4th floor of the Administration Building before entering the library premises. A number stub is issued for retrieval. |
| 1.2 | Twenty pesos (P20.00) is charged for lost stubs. |
| 2.1 | Borrower’s card is issued for free. However, should a borrower’s card be lost or fully consumed. A student must pay fifty pesos (P50.00) for replacement. Lost of the Borrower’s card must be reported immediately to any of the librarians. A sample is shown in Appendix F. |
| 2.2 | New borrower’s cards are issued every semester at the 4th floor of the library. Student must always have an enrolment form when claiming their borrower’s card. |
| 2.3 | All students are required to attach current 1X1 ID picture on their borrower’s cards. Borrower’s cards without picture are considered invalid. |
| 2.4 | Borrower’s cards are non-transferable. Violation of this provision means suspension of library privileges |
| 3.1 | Students who wish to borrow books and non-print materials should sign the book cad and other necessary forms for documentation purposes. |
| 3.2 | Library collection for overnight use are issued at 3:00 p.m. and should be returned before 9:00 a.m. the following day. During Saturdays, issuance starts at 10:30 a.m. and are to be returned before 9:00 a.m. on Monday. |
| 3.3 | Students may borrow a maximum of three (3) books for overnight use and for photocopying purposes respectively. |
| 3.4 | Faculty members may borrow a maximum of five (5) books every semester except those books marked, Not for Overnight. |
| 3.5 | Books marked, Not for Overnight, are strictly for library use only. |
| 3.6 | CD's are available to all students, faculty and staff. Borrowers are given one (1) hour viewing time. A request form should be filled up by borrowers and must be submitted to the person i-charge of multimedia section. A sample is shown in Appendix E. to borrow or change CD title, a borrower must fill up another request form. |
| 3.7 | Students with library liabilities shall not be allowed to take the final examination. |
| 3.8 | The library does not allow book reservation. |

| 5.1 | Damaged or lost books must be reported at once, and replaced or paid within two weeks from the due date, by the borrower to whom it was charged. The usual fines will be added to the replacement cost of a lost book in case not settled after the deadline. |
| 5.2 | Failure to replace or pay for the book within the allotted time means suspension of borrowing privileges. |
| 5.3 | Lost item must be paid according to their current price or replaced with the same form. |
| 5.4 | Out of print books may be replaced with the latest edition of books dealing with the same subject. |
| 6.1 | Library users may photocopy a maximum of 3 books / periodicals at a time for fifteen (15) minutes. |
| 6.2 | All prints materials may be photocopied excluding theses and dissertations. |
| 7.1 | Silence must be observed at all times. The library is not a place for group discussions, loitering, and other activities deemed disruptive to normal library operations. Cell phones should be always in silence mode. |
| 7.2 | Smoking, chewing gums and vandalism are strictly prohibited. Violators will be subjected to the rules stipulated in the Student Handbook. |
| 7.3 | Students are advised to always read notices posted on the library bulletin board. |
| 7.4 | Students caught stealing, destroying, mutilating and defacing library resources and properties shall be given appropriate disciplinary action stipulated by the Student Handbook. |
| 7.5 | Materials with missing pages must be reported immediately to any of the librarians before checking them out of the library. Borrowers who return books with missing pages will be required to pay or replace these books. |
| 8.1 | Outsiders may avail of the library resources and services upon the approval of the Chief Librarian. The approval requires a referral letter and payment of research fee amounting to twenty pesos (20:00) per day. |
| 8.2 | Outsiders may photocopy any print media except theses. |
